The countdown is officially OVER! After 10 days, 10 reasons, and SO much excitement, it’s finally time to kick off our BIGGEST DANCE SEASON YET!

From teamwork to family, memories, friendships, technique, confidence, individuality, opportunity, dedication, and FUN, there are a million reasons why BOOM is the BEST. But today, we stop talking about it…

ONE. MORE. DAY. Tomorrow we officially kick off our BIGGEST dance season yet, and I can’t think of a better reason to end our countdown than this…

#1 — FUN!

Because at the end of the day, DANCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN. And BOOM knows how to have FUN! From the second these kids walk through the doors, there is music playing, laughter happening, personalities shining, and probably a little bit of chaos somewhere in the building.

Yes, we work hard. Yes, we push ourselves. Yes, we care about technique, growth, performance, and all those trophies we somehow keep collecting. But we also LAUGH. We play. We celebrate. We make ridiculous memories. We dance in the hallways, pile on top of each other backstage, have the best time together, and somehow turn even the longest competition days into some of our favorite memories.

Because THIS is what I want our dancers to remember. Not just the routines or the scores, but how much fun they had growing up together. I want them to look back years from now and say, “Those were the BEST days.”

BOOM is the BEST because we work hard, dream big, love BIGGER… and we have A LOT of FUN doing it.

TWO. MORE. DAYS. We are SO close to the start of our BIGGEST dance season yet, and today’s countdown reason is one of the things that makes BOOM so special…

#2 — INDIVIDUALITY

At BOOM, we don’t want every dancer to be the same. We want them to be THEMSELVES. We want the big personalities, the quiet ones, the silly ones, the serious ones, the dancers who love every style, and the ones who surprise us by discovering something completely new. There is a place for EVERYONE at BOOM.

We believe the magic happens when dancers are given the space to find their own confidence, their own style, and their own voice. Whether they’re performing a character, telling a story, learning a new style, or simply being their goofy selves backstage, we want every dancer to know that who they are is exactly what makes them special.

Because BOOM isn’t about creating a bunch of dancers who look and act the same. It’s about bringing completely different personalities together and watching them become something AMAZING. And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way.

#3 — OPPORTUNITY

At BOOM, we believe every dancer deserves the opportunity to SHINE. Whether you’re stepping onto a competition stage for the first time, working toward a new skill, taking on a challenging role, or standing in front of a crowd with a microphone in your hand, we want our dancers to know that they are capable of SO much more than they realize.

We love giving our dancers opportunities to try new things, challenge themselves, find their voice, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had. Because sometimes, all it takes is one opportunity and someone believing in you to completely change what you believe is possible.

And watching these dancers step up, take that chance, and absolutely OWN their moment? THAT is what BOOM is all about.

We don’t just create dancers. We create opportunities for kids to become confident, courageous, capable humans.

#4 — TECHNIQUE

Technique is the foundation of everything we do at BOOM. We don’t just want dancers who can perform a routine, we want dancers who understand their bodies, build strength, develop control, and truly learn how to dance. Every tendu, turn, jump, leap, extension, and skill has a purpose, and we take pride in teaching our dancers the why behind what they do.

What makes BOOM special is watching that technique develop year after year. We see dancers walk through our doors and grow stronger, cleaner, more controlled, and more confident with every season. And those moments when a dancer finally nails the skill they’ve been working SO hard for? THAT is what it’s all about.

We believe in building strong dancers from the inside out, proper technique, strong foundations, hard work, and consistency. The awards are pretty amazing too, but seeing the growth in our dancers is the real win.

Because at BOOM, we don’t just teach choreography… we build DANCERS.

The countdown is getting REAL! Just 5 days until we kick off our BIGGEST dance season yet, and we’re back with another reason why BOOM is absolutely the BEST!

#5 — CONFIDENCE

There is something so powerful about watching a BOOM dancer step onto the stage and completely OWN IT. The confidence these dancers build goes far beyond dance. It’s learning to trust yourself, take up space, try something scary, make mistakes, and get back up ready to try again.

We get to watch dancers walk into the studio unsure of themselves and, season after season, become stronger, braver, and more confident versions of themselves. They learn that they are capable of hard things, and that confidence follows them far beyond the dance floor.

Because BOOM doesn’t just teach you how to dance… it teaches you to believe in yourself. And watching that confidence shine on stage is one of the BEST things about this team.

We’re officially in the SIX DAY COUNTDOWN! Every day brings us closer to the start of our BIGGEST dance season yet, and today’s reason why BOOM is absolutely the BEST is one that deserves a little celebration!

#6 — THE DRIVE TO BE GREAT

At BOOM, we don’t just show up and dance. We show up with a goal, to work harder, push further, and leave everything we have on that stage. The trophies and awards are amazing, but what makes them even more special is knowing how much hard work, dedication, sweat, tears, and determination went into earning every single one.

Every trophy represents a moment when these dancers believed in themselves, trusted their teammates, listened to their teachers, and refused to give up. And the best part? They’re not satisfied yet. They’re hungry for more, ready to grow, and ready to take everything they’ve learned into this next season.

Because at BOOM, we don’t dance for the trophy… the trophy is just proof of what happens when you believe, work, and BOOM together.
