Thank you Krauss Mansor for passing down so much history and knowledge at today's seminar!! I am incredibly grateful to be a part of this jiu-jitsu lineage. And of course thank you Bruce Shepherd for being insistent on 'REAL' Jiu-jitsu and passing that along to all of your students. You have also touched so many lives with jiu-jitsu and we all benefit from that!

The Royce Gracie Seminar today was great!! It was an awesome experience to be able to share, learn, and train with Royce!! Maintaining the focus on fundamentals and self-defense. Which is exactly the direction/path I have maintained since I first stepped on the mats.

Through the guidance/encouragement of my instructor Bruce Shepherd to seek out those who have self-defense at the core of their Jiu-jitsu. I have been fortunate to be able to share the mats and learn from world class instructors throughout my jiu-jitsu journey!!

Thank you Jason Cable for hosting the seminar and being so welcoming!!
