Water is back to a normal summer level and every boat is going out: canoes, kayaks and tubes. The Eagle Trip runs about 4.5 miles from the Tuscarawas down to the Muskingum, two to three hours on the water.

No booking needed.
Come in Thursday through Sunday, first shuttle 9AM and last shuttle 3PM. Kids 10 and under ride free in a canoe between two paddlers.

Canoe — $30 per person, two person minimum Kayak — $30 per person Tube — $25 per person

Children 10 and under ride free when seated in the middle of a canoe between two paying paddlers.

Every rental includes the shuttle, life jackets and paddles. There is nothing else to add on at the counter.

River conditions today: perfect. Normal summer flow, flat easy water, every canoe, kayak and tube going out.

We post a river status before the first shuttle every day we are open — good, caution or closed — so you can check before you drive out. Coshocton sits below three watersheds, so the water here can come up from rain that never fell over town.

Right now it is as good as it gets. Come in, no booking needed.

You do not have to drive to Hocking Hills to get on the water.

Coshocton is where three rivers meet — the Walhonding and Tuscarawas join to form the Muskingum right here. We are 25 minutes off I-77, 40 minutes off I-70, with free parking on site.

Columbus 1 hr 18. Canton 1 hr 02. Akron 1 hr 23. Cleveland under two hours.
