Setting up a session is the time where you think. You think about the player. What the goal of the session is. What they struggle with the most and the moments in the session they may have difficulties. You think of ways to add variations and where there will be coaching moments… always ready to adapt, encourage, and push the player to get the best out of them! ⚽️🔥🙏🏽
