The body is a unique tool by design, used to navigate the physical plane—to create, to feel, to heal, to express, and to learn about the self and the world around us. Dance, physical training/therapy, martial arts, acting, etc. are all components of a universal whole that is MOVEMENT.
The target here at is to remove the barrier between each of those categories and find a space for true, raw, organic, authentic, and human becoming of the self—physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally.
Whatever you use movement for, the tools we’ve curated aim to draw clearer conclusions and bring revelation. While there is still countless research to be done, we hope the data we’ve found so far can help.
We’re now live and the books are open!
Beyond thrilled to share some new research with you :) Website like is in my bio.
Huge thank you to everyone who’s supported us from the start, hoping for another year of growth, truth, discovery. 🙏🏽🙌🏽✨ Cheers!

- Growing up around Black culture as a kid alongside my siblings, I have always stood by and will forever stand by the Black community. Seeing how Black oppression has been underhandedly expressed and portrayed in TV, Film, and Music for as long as I’ve known. I grew up defending that community, not only because of how rich it truly is, but because of how often it became blanketed.
—
It’s truly no novelty and it’s quite difficult to know these incidents have been suppressed through media, conversation, and a conditioned taboo for centuries. It’s gut-wrenching, to say the least and I’ve spent days feeling emotionally stirred, unable to focus on any work. Alternatively, I am in sheer ecstasy witnessing people all over the world unite and fight for not only a cause, but for HUMANITY.
—
We need eachother and have to do better.
Regardless of the belief that you have or don’t have “influence”, as an equivalent stem of human biology, your part in this fight makes just as much a difference if action is employed. I am praying hard for this to change and that God and all Creation bring aid in overrunning ‘the powers that be’ on this.
—
I’m sorry to say that our reposts are simply not enough. Especially if you are only utilizing them as a checklist item or a free pass to minding your business. Use research, education, and action as a mechanism to figuratively (or literally) smack your own face to stay awake.
—
To my Black Kings & Queens,
We hear you, see you, we feel you, and we fight for you.
Thank you for what you’ve done for the world. This generational hurt doesn’t have to last. Now it’s our turn to do our part.
