The Department of Justice has limited their staff "due to the corona virus". As a result they are delayed in processing dealer licensing. Especially in the Certificate of Eligibility department.
At this time we cannot deliver fi****ms.

Orange County Sheriff has approved High Capacity magazines in your CCW fi****ms.

In addition to the recent changes to weapon modifications, we also refined the rules regarding magazine capacity. The principal guiding both issues will be the same; the legal status of the item(s) in the State of California.

This recent clarification means that if you currently own standard or high capacity magazines legally and lawfully in the state of California, OCSD will allow you to carry them in your CCW firearm(s).
