You don’t wake up at 70 and suddenly become fragile overnight.
It happens slowly over decades.
Less muscle. Less bone density. Worse posture. More aches. Less confidence moving your body.
The scary part? Most people think this is just “normal aging.”
A lot of it is actually the result of not maintaining strength.
Strength training isn’t just about looking fit in your 20s.
It’s about protecting your future body.
Your 30s and 40s are when muscle loss and bone density decline really start to accelerate… especially for women approaching menopause. That means the BEST time to start strength training is before you “need” it.
But here’s the good news:

We love a good old-fashioned SWELFIE.
Celebrating 5 months since they joined AIM.
Same start date, totally different goals, busy schedules… and somehow both still show up 4x a week.
They bounce between class times, stay consistent, and let us coach them. They trust the process, the programming, and the adjustments along the way.
Now they’re both stronger. More confident. It shows.
This is what happens when you stop chasing random workouts and actually train.

We can’t believe it’s been 5 years since we opened our doors at our first location… and none of this happens without you.
Every person who’s walked through our doors to train.

Every early morning, every PR, every rep when it got hard.
We all built this.
This community is strong because of the people in it. And on June 6th, we’re celebrating that the best way we know how… lifting heavy, cheering loud, and feeding off each other’s energy.
