Law of attraction + Action 💪🏽
So blessed to be able to clang and bang some iron these days. And to be working. Thankful for the past few years and the opportunities that have been presenting themselves.
Yesterdays jump. Felt so good to get back up there. Cant wait for the next one in a few weeks. 😎

Nothing Id rather be doing today than jumping out of a “perfectly good airplane” with my dad (cough cough) No such fu**in thing as a perfect airplane 😉😎
Happy Fathers Day!

Happy Birthday to my coach/mentor and friend Hope you have a blessed one brother. Thank you for your friendship. To many more great years ahead.
Extra motivated after being sick and out of the gym for 10 days. Motivation isn’t ALWAYS going to he there. So when you have the motivation use it to your advantage. Make the most of it and crush your workouts. Taking that time off has me feeling like this was my first week ever working out 😂 Sore as f**k! Am I kinda sick for loving that?! 😅

Currently missing being dried tf out lol. Something Ive learned over the years is that this really is a long term game. Takes time to build and sculpt the physique we want. When I started to understand that I started to love the process even more. Because each phase brings improvement. These small improvements are easily dismissed when you’re going through the process. But when you look back to a year ago 2 years ago, 3 years ago you can see that it was all worth it!
Dont give up. Be patient.

Shoulder day pump! Putting that sushi from last night to use. Dont forget to hit those posterior delts. A lot people forget they have a backside and only work out their mirror muscles. My favorite exercise for that is reverse cable flys. Cables keep tension on the muscle through the entire range of motion. Time under tension= Growth.
