Great seeing Isabel Gomez stop by our gym to get a quick blast in with Coach Rae & B who had the privilege of being part of her strength & performance journey in high school Izzy is a CIF & State Champion for GBB. Most importantly she is now a junior at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in neuroscience.

We love that she continues to take care of her health and wellness beyond her basketball career.
