This is 4yrs old Cora working on entry dives and freestyle.

Cora is very advanced for her age and it doesn’t take long to get a child to become water safe and to get a child to swim back stroke and freestyle is a short time span.

This can be accomplished in just twenty 30min lessons with the right methodology.

Cora recently turned four years old. When we started she was afraid of putting her face in the water. She cried throughout the first three lessons, but look at her now!

After a little more than three months, not only is she water safe, but she is also swimming 2 competitive strokes backstroke and freestyle.
She is working on flip turns and entry dives at such an early age!!

Here you can see her demonstrating backstroke. In a short time span of less than 4 months of lessons you could see how advanced she is for her age group.
