Over the weekend some Pirates faced off/ran into each other.
UCI visited Hawaii and featured Taylor Takata at Hawaii and Jack Ross, Connor Debenon, and Zach Crandall at UCI.
Then at the airport the boys ran into Owen Wessel playing at Hawaii Pacific. 🏴‍☠️

Pirates earned a gritty win against the undefeated Southwestern Jaguars on Friday afternoon. Jake Martinez with another outstanding performance going 6 and 1/3. Alan Choo broke the scoreless game with his 6th bomb of the season. The bullpen came in and got some huge outs to shut down the Jaguar threats. And a 4 run top of the 9th was the knockout punch to head home with a big win!

Pirates are back on the road tomorrow to face College of the Canyons. Go Pirates! 🏴‍☠️

One week out! First game is next Friday at El Camino at 1:00. 🏴‍☠️

David Morgan (2019-2021) got called up by the San Diego Padres!! He was a SS and 3B for us…now he’s a pitcher in the big leagues!
