💚Why do you love teaching at Trim?
Teaching Lagree has definitely allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and build deeper connections within the Trim community. I’ve been a client at Trim for over 3.5 years and I just loved the instructors here so much that it inspired me to start teaching. It’s fun getting to know the people I used to only see in passing as a client, and I get to make them feel good after running a killer routine!
💚What can people expect when they take your class?
Definitely a challenging workout with variety, and a curated playlist to push you through those hard moments! I put equal love into my routines and playlists for sure. I also love to give a little “forecast” of my routine before class starts so you know what to expect. During class, I try to break everything down into little milestones to make the workout mentally easier, and I’ll always give you a little extra push past your limits.
💚When you’re not teaching at Trim, what keeps you busy?
Evening walks, preparing for grad school in the fall, and board games with my friends.
💚What’s your guilty pleasure or little indulgence?
I’m definitely a night owl and have a habit of late night snacking on hot cheetos and McConnell’s ice cream (sea salt cream & cookies)
💚Share a fun or unexpected fact about yourself!
I used to be a chemist before I started teaching Lagree and I’m a Yelp Elite!

This is something more women need to hear. Bone density starts declining in your 30s. Quietly. There is no warning sign. No pain. Most women do not know there is an issue until much later.
