To be honest it’s not ONE thing but it’s consistency with this routine every single day (plus how you eat, duh). Here are the items I have personally seen the most success with though, in no particular order of fondness but in order of use!!

The women I see struggle the most are usually the ones trying to be perfect. Perfect Monday through Thursday, then feeling guilty about a dinner, a vacation, a wedding, a margarita, or a weekend with friends. They grip so tightly onto being “good” that when the time comes to be present, they’re still harboring guilt for it.
They feel “set back” and like they need to do damage control afterward.
But your body doesn’t care about one night, my girl. It responds to the habits you repeat over and over again. Whether that’s chronically under-eating, prioritizing real foods, skipping workouts, hitting your step goal, living off snacks, neglecting recovery, or consistently nourishing your body. Those things matter whether they’re good or bad!
One weekend won’t ruin your progress just like one workout won’t create it!!! Read that again

Do’s & Don’ts of lymphatic drainage 👇🏼
DO: hydrate a ton before your appt (your lymphatic system needs water to move efficiently), drink water AFTER (preferably fill up your bottle here because she has the best water filtration system on the planet), eat nourishing foods, and treat it as support.
DON’T: expect this to be a weight loss hack or show up dehydrated/ unhealthy AF and expect a miracle sis 😭
Remember: your body isn’t meant to be “fixed” but we all need support sometimes. We live in a very toxic world and unfortunately these types of services are way more crucial, since we are so sedentary, poisoned, and overstimulated as a whole.

Every other day there is a new “study” found by a new “expert” telling you to eat this thing and only do “that” workout. There’s new info on cardio, inflammation, hormones, sleep and supplements. You’re trying to listen to one person and stay consistent with your fat loss but then you hear another “expert” debunk everything you’re doing …. If you’re tired, that’s normal.
The more you consume and overthink, the less you move the needle.

Having trouble seeing results despite your efforts in the gym? You’re doing more than ENOUGH in the gym, honey. Your body recognizes and responds to consistency and intentional movement. Chill and give it some rest, and focus on moving overall.
Having hormonal troubles? Eat more fats. (Yes you’re allowed to buy the ground beef with the higher fat %).
