Injuries are part of the process.
Of course, we should train smart, be cautious, and do everything we can to lower the risk of injury. That’s part of becoming a better athlete.
But there’s a difference between being cautious and being scared.
If you’re constantly afraid of getting injured, you’ll never perform at your full potential—whether you lift, run, fight, or play any sport.
Train smart. Respect your body. Take care of your recovery. But don’t let fear control your performance.
Injuries can happen. Learn, recover, adapt, and keep moving forward.

This workout was so much fun!!! 🏆💪
Enjoyed this workout so much!!! 💪🏆
I’m trying to make my SHOULDERS WORKOUT as intense and as fun as possible 😎💪
If I try to perform the heavy lifts at the beginning of the workout, I’m more tempted to add extra weight, and that usually leads to an injury.
If you’re a little advanced, I highly suggest once in a while to not overload the weight and just start with a big pump/activation at the beginning to offer extra contraction so you don’t have to load up the weight that much💪

This was my last show, and I have to say it was the one I enjoyed the most.
I already knew before stepping on stage that it would be my last, so I made sure to enjoy every part of it. The stage, the preparation, the suffering, the process, everything.
And the shape I brought confirmed something important for me. During that prep, I went back to my roots and brought back the fullness, conditioning, and shredded look that I always wanted. It confirmed that this is the shape I want to maintain and continue building on.
My ultimate goal was never to make competing in bodybuilding my lifestyle. Once I stopped martial arts and fighting, I wanted a serious goal outside of martial arts that would keep me disciplined, motivated, and constantly learning. Bodybuilding gave me exactly that.
I wanted to master the discipline. Master the nutrition. Master the training. Master the lifestyle and then use all that knowledge in my favor for the rest of my life.
Everything was planned. Competing was part of the journey, not the destination.
Now I’m 31, I have the knowledge, the experience, the foundation, and I feel like the real progress is only beginning.
Stay DETERMINED. 💯
