Night One was full of hard racing, close battles, and plenty of excitement. Points have been tallied, and the lineup has officially been set for tonight’s Ralph Bloom Memorial Finale featuring the Topless IMCA Sportmods!

Standings after Night #1!
The top 10 in points will run a Scramble Saturday night, everyone else will be lined up in a heat race.

As I am sure you are all aware, tonight will look a little different than normal as you guys are racing with the Topless Sportmods tonight. Please read through the following information to help make tonight as smooth as possible for everyone 😀

📌There are orange cones in the pit area, these are reserved spaces for big cars that are racing this weekend, please do not park in these spaces. Also please note that we do not allow any personal vehicles into the pit area. Only vehicles used to tow in racecars are permitted.
📌Pricing for tonight will be as follow, the grandstands will have a $5 fee for spectators. If you were in attendance last Friday night you were instructed to keep your pit pass, if you present that to us at sign in you will be able to purchase a pit pass for the kart price of $15.00. If you did not race last Friday each kart will be allowed one pit pass at this price. All others will pay the standard $40 pit pass price. Beginner Box & PeeWee karts entry fees have been sponsored by Pit Stop Laundry again for tonight. All other drivers will pay the standard $40 entry fee.
📌All rules posted on the website will be in effect as always, this includes; weight, tires, restrictors, and fuel. Please make sure your kart is in complete compliance. Any cars that are not will be disqualified. There will be no discussion at the tech pad.
📌There will be big cars and more people than normal in the pit area, please make sure all children are with an adult and supervised at all times.
📌Children are not allowed to operate any type of scooter, bicycle, one wheel, quad, or golf cart. This is for their safety.
📌You will need to meet your drivers between the exit of the track and the scale area at the completion of all events.
📌Lastly and as you all know most importantly, have a GREAT TIME and show these Sportmod drivers that you all know what the most important thing about racing really is 🏁🏁

Saturday night is a POINTS RACE for the Topless Sportmods and features a unique two-night format!

🔥 SATURDAY SPORTMOD FORMAT

The Top 10 cars based on the point scale from Friday night will compete in a 10-lap scramble to determine their starting positions in the Saturday A Main.

• Ties will be broken by A Main finish order
• Scramble starting order will be determined by random draw

All other cars will run heat races based on their Friday night points total.

➡️ 11th in points starts on the pole of Heat #1
➡️ 12th in points starts on the pole of Heat #2
➡️ And so on...

Heat race finish will determine starting position heads-up behind the Top 10.

🏁 Heat #1 winner starts 11th
🏁 Heat #2 winner starts 12th
…and so on.

Qualifying: 20 points down by 1

This schedule has been somewhat updated and is still subject to change if needed.
IMCA Drivers please remember to enter this event you must run TOPLESS. Roofs, pillars, and sail panels must be removed. Spoilers are still allowed and all other CGS & IMCA Rules will apply!! You must also be registered with CGS & IMCA to race this weekend, if you have not yet ran at Cottage Grove this summer please be prepared to show your IMCA license.
Kart racers, if you did not race last Friday and plan to run this weekend we need to know, there will be a cap on car count since this event is running simultaneously with the big track. All Kart rules will also apply for this event.

This last week's Driver of the Day was Graig Osborne from the Street Stock division!

Graig isn't just impressive on the track—he also helped make race day memorable for our fans. From taking part in a trackside interview to helping recognize our Kids Night Coloring Contest winners, Graig showed what it means to be a true ambassador for dirt track racing.
