EFC Member Spotlight – PARKER 💪
Parker has been part of the EFC family for over 5 years! When asked what keeps him coming back year after year, Parker said, “I like the variety of equipment and the fact that there is a basketball hoop so I can get shots up.”
His advice for current and future members? “Work through the initial phase of getting into the gym. Once it becomes a habit, things begin to feel easier and more comfortable.”
Consistency is key, and Parker’s advice is a great reminder that the hardest part is often just getting started.

Since joining Emerald Fitness Club in 2017, she has been more than an instructor—she has been a motivator, mentor, and friend to so many. Her energy, kindness, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our EFC family.
