A client wants a restoration of their saddle. Totally dismantled right now Tree is Ralide and needed a bit of repair so we ""welded" it and repaired with hot gun and staples. The rear jockey was hardened and bent soaked it reformed oiled and dyed. The skirts have been stripped of their fleece reformed and stiffened reglued, oiled and waiting for new fleece at this point. The fenders are in good shape only need deep cleaning oiling and dying. The horn leather was a bit loose and the owner had repaired it. I just added a touch of glue and clamped to make the leather solid on the horn material
