New to wrestling? Preseason is the perfect time to come try it out, learn the basics, meet the team, and get some mat time before the season starts. No experience necessary.

Returning wrestlers, it’s time to get back to work and start preparing for the season ahead.

All required registration must be completed before an athlete can participate in practice, including both preseason and the official season.

Mingus Wrestling is hosting a Co****le Tournament & Family Fundraiser and we want the community out there with us.

Come spend the day with us for co****le, food, music, prizes, family time, and a fundraiser supporting our boys, girls, and youth wrestling programs.

Great weekend of wrestling for Mingus. 🤼‍♂️🔥

A huge thank you to Coach Brandon Bradley Nebraska Wrestling for making the trip to Arizona and sharing his knowledge with these athletes. Getting two full days of instruction, drilling, and a different perspective from someone with that level of experience was an awesome opportunity for our guys.

And a big thank you to PHS Badger Wrestling for putting this camp together and inviting us to be a part of it. Opportunities like this are what the offseason is all about.

Our boys represented Mingus well, worked hard, and picked up plenty to bring back to the room. Looking sharp, fellas. 💪🏻

🤼‍♀️ What an unforgettable off-season for our girls' wrestling team!

🤼‍♀️From the final whistle of last season straight into summer training, these athletes never stopped grinding. As our off-season officially comes to a close, we could not be prouder of the dedication, sweat, and heart these girls poured into the sport over the last few months.
Here is a look at what they accomplished:
☀️ Hosted an incredible summer camp to inspire the next generation.
🔱 Attended the ASU summer camp to learn from top-tier collegiate talent.
🏋️‍♀️ Crushed endless weight room sessions and grueling practices.🌵 Traveled across New Mexico and Arizona to test their skills against the best.
All that hard work paid off big time on the mat! The team is bringing home serious hardware from our summer tournaments:🥇 3 First-Place Medals

🏅 3 Fourth-Place Medals
🏅 1 Fifth-Place Medal
🏅 2 Sixth-Place Medals
These girls have worked incredibly hard to elevate their game. The foundation is laid, the hunger is there, and we cannot wait to see what is in store for them this upcoming season!

That’s a wrap on summer wrestling. ☀️🤼

Had a great time coaching this group of kids.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up with great attitudes and who were ready to work. We had a great group this summer that had a lot of fun, kept improving, learned a ton, and put in the work to get ready for the season in the coming months.

🤼‍♂️ What an incredible month at our Youth Wrestling Camp!

We wrapped up camp with almost 60 future champions on the mat. The energy, hard work, and improvement we saw every single day proves that the future of our wrestling program is incredibly bright! ✨

A massive thank you to Luke Goettl and our dedicated high school wrestlers who stepped up to coach, mentor, and inspire these young athletes. We couldn't have done it without your leadership and passion for the sport. 👏

Thank you to all the parents for supporting your kids and our program. Keep working hard, stay hungry, and we will see you back on the mat soon! 💪

🤼‍♂️ What an absolute blast at the ASU Wrestling Camp last week! Our athletes hit the mats, learned from some of the best in the business, and pushed their limits every single day. From intense technique sessions to live sparring and team-bonding games, the energy was off the charts. We are so incredibly proud of how hard everyone worked, the grit they showed, and the new skills they are bringing back to our home mats. Huge shoutout to the amazing coaching staff and athletes at Arizona State University for hosting such an elite, high-energy camp. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills before next season, this is a great opportunity to learn from Luke Goettl—4x Arizona State Champion, Fargo National Champion, All-American, and former Division I wrestler at Iowa.

🔥 Advanced Camp

🤼 Grades 4–12 (2+ years experience recommended)
