đż Happy Labor Day from our family at Saha Yoga Sedona. đż
Today is a day to honor hard work but also a reminder of something life has been teaching our family in a very real way:
There is a time to build. And there is a time to slow down, be present, and simply receive life. đ¤
When Brittney and I created Saha Yoga Sedona, we were beyond excited. We partnered with the beautiful Lantern Light Inn, started building our retreats and experiences, and were ready to jump in with both feet.
And then life gave us the most beautiful surprise imaginableâŚ
We found out we were pregnant. đ¤
Everything shifted.
Our plans slowed down. Our priorities changed. And eventually our beautiful baby girl, Shanti Devi, entered our lives.
She has now been earthside for five months, and looking back, we wouldnât change the timing for anything.
To everyone who followed Saha, reached out, supported us, or wondered when we were going to fully launch thank you for your patience. And weâre sorry for the unexpected delay.
But what once felt like a delay has actually become part of the heart of what Saha Yoga is meant to be.
Because this season taught us something.
Slowing down isnât the opposite of moving forward.
Sometimes slowing down is the way forward.
We learned to be more present.
To take better care of ourselves.
To appreciate the little moments.
To spend time together as a family.
To breathe.
To listen.
To stop rushing toward whatever comes next.
And now, with Shanti here and our family entering this beautiful new chapter, weâre ready. đ
Weâre ready to fully immerse ourselves into Saha Yoga Sedona not simply as another business, but as something our family lives together.
We want to share the Sedona we love with you.
The trails. The red rocks. The stillness. The movement. The breath. The meditation. The connection. The laughter. The meals. The conversations. And those rare moments when everything gets quiet enough that you remember what actually matters.
Whether youâve lived here for years or youâre visiting Sedona from the other side of the world, we want Saha to be an invitation to slow down and experience life a little more deeply.
Because maybe taking care of ourselves isnât something we should squeeze in after all the work is finished.
Maybe itâs part of how we do the work and how we build a beautiful life in the first place.
So on this Labor Day, weâre incredibly grateful for the work that brought us here, grateful for the unexpected pause that changed us, and even more grateful for what comes next.
From Christopher, Brittney, Isabella, Journey & little Shanti, thank you for being part of this journey. đ¤
