Happy Wednesday everyone. I hope everyone is having a great week and start to their summer. I just want to update everyone with my plan for the summer. With my kids summer schedule changing im gonna need to take Wed evenings off 😩. This will only be temporary through the summer so please understand. The workouts will always be prepared and written down so you don't have to worry about that. If anyone has any concerns just gimme a call or text. I love you.
