The gym has 24/7 access and is manned from 8 to 8 on weekdays and 9 to 4 on weekends

Today our own David Athey is competing at the WPO: World Powerlifting Organization super finals. We are all so proud of you and cannot wait to see you perform!

Unfortunately we were informed 12 days out from the APF Big Iron Iowa and Nebraska State meet that we lost our venue.
We always use the Iowa National Guard Armory and Monday I got the call that we were bumped because of military readiness drills.
I have been looking for alternative options and could not find anything suitable. So with a heavy heart I am going to have to postpone the meet until I can find a date and venue that works.
All entries and sponsorship’s will be returned ASAP.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I know people work hard to train for these events and I feel terrible having to do this.
