I began playing golf at the age of 19, and quickly developed a knack for the game... By the time I was 24, I was down to a single digit index, and began competing on the US Amateur tour, eventually grinding my way down to a 0.8 index... In 2006, after a rough but eventful couple years in competitive golf, life decided to take me in a different direction, by the way of the military, and beginning a career in law enforcement, which ultimately led to a complete break from golf completely.....
In the fall of 2021, I stepped back onto the golf course for the first time after a 10+ year break, and fell in love with the game all over again! In 2024, with a new found love, a lot of determination, and some coercion from a good friend, I returned to competitive golf on the VGA Tour, and started a whole new journey BACK TO SCRATCH!! This page was created to document my new golf journey... It will be filled with ups and downs, good times and bad times, disappointment, determination, fun, laughs, cries, and a whole slew of emotions... I hope you will join me... LET'S GO!!!
