Stephanie Bardales, a young social entrepreneur born in Lima, Peru, originated Serve & Play as her sole property, where she offers volleyball lessons at a low rate. For the youth, whose age may range from 13-18 years old, that may be "at-risk" situations such as most likely to drop high school, continue in poverty, or even develop severe addictions (i.e. Serve & Play's main purpose is to allow our

youth find a fun and interactive escape from the usual or in some cases harsh life the children/adolescents may confront. Bardales enjoys and loves training these young individuals to become master at a fun sport like volleyball, she also finds it necessary to engage in a particular relationship with her children. She particularly provides this fun sessions three times a week, each being three hours long, because she wants to let her local youth that she is here to serve them. Just like she teaches them to serve, as a volleyball skill, she will also implement her motivational and incentive skills to incorporate community service into her children.
