Difference is that I followed a proper off-season trusted the guidance of my coach, stuck to the plan given all while still enjoying life .
Now let see what this transformation will look like in the next couple of months

That being said growth phase comes to an end and it’s time to really push.

This is your sign to stop going easy in the gym.
1.) Increase the weight : pick a weight that will force you to be a challenge to hit for your designated rep range .
2.) Get comfortable being uncomfortable :
Alway seek way to improve your workouts. Add intensifiers ( Dropsets, supersets, clusters , ext) just don’t go through the motions.
3.) Have Fun : we train for a purpose and goal but also we train because we love it. Pick a style of workouts / exercises and make sure you enjoy what you are doing .
A lot of time if your pushing yourself it isn’t going to look pretty in fact it will look grueling to some but that just shows you are giving it your all ( This set I ended up rupturing a couple blood vessels in my neck and face )
