I humbly offer this pic comparison from my 6 week challenge. At first, I didn’t want to join but with the encouragement of my Apex gym friends and Coach Perla, I made time to focus on my goals and was able to accomplish my weight goal. This required a lot of prayers, discipline, and self-control. Every single day was hard, but I knew I had to get up and move towards my goal. Once I got my mindset under control, it got a little bit easier each day. I’m beyond grateful for being able to reach something that I never thought I would be able to. I just want to thank everyone who supported me through this process.
