I offer personal training in the field of Boxing and MMA. Whether it's for losing weight strengthening or learning self defense it's all included in one package deal. I can teach you boxing and MMA as you workout which includes one on one workout with mitts which is very fun, increases stamina, endurance, strength and confidence. It's a great program with great results. To the first 100 customers I will offer an hour of training for just $40 a session (well below the package value) I also have affordable monthly package deals.
