This piece came to life during a painting lesson — brushstroke by brushstroke, moment by moment, my nervous system softened and opened.

Art has a way of bypassing the mind and speaking directly to the body. Each color, each texture, becomes a conversation with the parts of us that words can’t reach.

As I painted, I wasn’t just creating art — I was regulating, releasing, and returning home to myself. 💫
