Unstoppable Fitness and Tumbling

Tell me you grew up in the gym without words !!
since the week after he was born has been .fitness.tumbling and to watch him be excited to train- workout, tumble, stretch has been no short of amazing!

What a blessing it is and has been ✝️🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♂️👦

We started a Monday 530p class level 2&3 class to help our kids working on backhandsprings and tucks!
Three weeks into the class landed her tuck by herself not once, but 8 times!!!!
Yes we will work on cleaning her form, but SHE DID IT !!!!!!!
The day before Highschool cheer tryouts!!! 🙌🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️👏👏💪

Keep showing up, keep doing the work, keep steady on the drills and continue to build the SKILLS!!!!
