We are a 24/7 fitness facility located in Downtown Covington at 325 W. Main Street. We offer a Key Fob access system so you may come and go as you please.
Access the gym through the door located adjacent to the Mid-City Mall parking lot. We feature cardio equipment on the 1st floor and many power-lifting, free weights and machine weights in the basement. You must sign up for a membership first.
