There will be Dance pictures at Patsy's Studio this morning. The 9am Stability Series will be offered at the Intervale Boat Ramp this morning.

Patsy's Dance Studio is being supported by Jack Mason's Hometown Monday this evening, 4-9pm at Jack Mason's in Clifton Forge. Come on out for great food and a great cause too!

Classes Monday - Friday this week, no Saturday yoga on 5/16.

Mountain Mother's Day 5k & Fun Run/Walk Mountain Mother's Day 5k & Fun Run/Walk is on Saturday May 2, 2026. It includes the following events: 5k Run/Walk, Sponsorship 5K Run/Walk, Kids 5k (Kids 10 and under run free with paid adult), and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.

Mountain Mother's Day 5k & Fun Run/Walk is 15 days away!

This is a fundraiser that will allow us to continue to offer resources, education, and connection to improve maternal and infant health and well-being in the Highlands!

It will be fun for everyone!

And kids ten and under run free 📣

$20 at the door, food is being prepared fresh right now. Come on out to Good News on Main for a wonderful brunch.

We will have an 8am Stability Series class this Saturday, then close for the Tea Party at Good News. Ladies find your fanciest hat and come get served some tea and snacks!!!

We will have a cancellation this week, apologies. There will be no class Tuesday, 2/3, at 6pm.
