A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in and supported our Charity Powerlifting Event at Alcovy Fitness! 💪❤️

Because of your generosity, hard work, and community spirit, we were able to raise $500 for the Willing Helpers Medical Clinic right here in our community.

This event was about more than lifting weights—it was about lifting up our neighbors and making a positive impact where it matters most. It truly was a great opportunity to see people hit their Personal Record (PR) and to see what they were capable of. We are grateful to every lifter, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter who helped make this event a success. Thanks to our Alcovy Staff that volunteered their time to help. A big thanks to our partners at Chik-Fil-A for their support of this great event. We WILL be doing this again next year!

Today’s Reminder: Progress is progress, no matter how small. Celebrate the little victories along the way, for they are the building blocks of your ultimate success!

Pricing:
AFW Members: $10 for one event, $25 for all events
Non-Members: $15 for one event, $45 for all events

Registration starts at 9AM, and the competition begins at 10AM! We look forward to everyone joining us as we lift with a purpose!

We are officially ONE WEEK away from our Powerlifting Competition that benefits Willing Helpers! There will be three events: deadlift, benchpress, and back squat. Each event is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. If you would like to participate in all three events, it’s $25 for members and $45 for non-members. All donations will go towards providing quality healthcare to individuals with little to no insurance in Covington, GA. Registration starts at 9AM, and the competition begins at 10AM!
