Workouts are in. Might change a little on the day of the throwdown because…. I can do whatever I want! 🤣. I’ve invited some nearby gyms in case they wanna come play with us! Teams will be completely random! Evenly mixed with male/female, RX and scaled for each team! But ya gotta fill out the “Quill of Acceptance”!! Ya procrastinating a**es from my gym need to stop acting like yall didn’t see my email, my posts, the whiteboard, the Wodify announcement, the owl 🦉…. 🤣! I’ll try adding the link here or on a story so you can find it. Need to know by Sept 14th so I can get shirts for each house when I generate the random teams. Thank you and hope to see you there!!

Appreciate everyone coming by this morning!! Really thought it would be a lot quicker since we all knocked out the first round in 6 minutes. But then it somehow turned into 46 minutes when Fernando and I finished the last round….. 😩🤣💀.

Alga’s last official day with us…😭 been a long 8 years and we will miss you, Fabian and Marcelo, who we were able to see grow up so fast in here!! Sofia is gonna miss her friend!! Be sure to visit when you are in town and take care of yourselves!! Especially Fabian… stop breaking apart over there 😆. See you guys soon!

Happy 4th of July boys and girls 🇺🇸 ! I hope you have all been enjoying a wonderful day with friends and family as we celebrate the 250th birthday of America! Thank you all for coming by this morning for that grueling 1776 workout that has caused my hamstring to cramp in the pool! Yall almost lost a good coach… 🤣.

Testing some workouts today for Classic coming up next month! Just 25 bucks per person for a grand ol time! Hope to see ya’ll there! There are a few other local competitors around us as well! The first heat should plan to get rolling around 7:30, then 8:30 and finally 9:30. Looks like the rain will hold out except for that last heat!
