This weekend Trilogy had the pleasure of competing in Jiujitsu Planets first submission freaks grappling tournament.

We had some wins🏅 and we had some losses.

One was underestimated.

🗣️🗣️ DO NOT EVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR OPPONET. 

There were tears 😭 and there were smiles 😁

Each fight teaches us something new. What could I have done better? 🧐 If I did this, if I did that. There will always be things to work on. You are constantly learning in this sport.
Stay humble, Keep your mind focused and always always be willing to learn.

It’s been a LONNGGGG time.
You may have been asking yourself, where’s trilogy been? Well let me update everyone.
When Co*id came, we were forced to close.
The building we rented mat space from closed permanently.
We were able to get all equipment out and we’ve been storing it with a few of our friends/family (Thank you)

Well, fast forward a little bit.

Chris has been teaching some personal lessons here and there. Jiujitsu runs deep in his veins and he can’t help himself.
We’ve rolled out our mats inside and out of our house. We’ve met friends at their house and rolled out the mats there too.

Please pray for us as we continue to figure out where god is leading us.

This weekend we were able to compete in the American Grappling Federation tournament in Biloxi. We hit those mats and left with some wins and some losses. The kids that competed under Trilogy have not completed in a few years.

Chris and I are so proud of them for their willingness to compete and for the work they put in.

We are so proud to state that after a few years of being off, we were able to take home a third place team trophy. That was prettt awesome!

I’ll continue to post updates but in the meantime if you are interested in some personal lessons, hit us up.

Unfortunately due to the current situation and mandated policy by the government, Trilogy will be closed until further notice.

We will continue our schedule of Wednesday & Thursday classes until we start our 3day prep for the tournament.

Just a reminder there is no class tonight.
Kids classes are Wednesday & Thursday for the next few weeks then we start 3 days a week in preparation for a tournament!

Week is 2/10 class will be held Tuesday & Thursday!
We will have kids classes on Wednesday/ Thursday starting next week

Due to a conflict in our personal schedule our class days will be Wednesday & Thursday this week.
