Markov act of 2019

The following order shall be put into action immediately and be retroactively effective for the past 2 years of character approval.
If a character has been deemed to be of a tier so powerful or has a ability so strong or that violates the fair and fun act of 2011 and 2013 that characters creator or admin shall declare their purpose for having such a character.

Title I: Thus only 2 purposes shall be deemed acceptable under the laws of the nation. Purpose 1. As a guardian who wishes to keep order and peace. Guardians shall abide by a strict code of ethics and conduct that shall be outlined in a separate document.

Purpose 2. Plot development/ plot device.
Characters under plot device shall adhere to a code of ethics, obey the direction of the empress of the nation in their actions inside campaigns and arcs that the nation is conducting. At anytime a person refuses to obey a directive of the empress inside a plot device that person shall have a claim revoked (if it's a cannon claim) or have that oc banned.

We remind everyone in the pineapple nation that asking for personal photos is strictly prohibited. If consent is ok but once no is said don't pester. This fella here is on his way to the ban list
