The wait is over! It’s time to SHOW UP, GET LOUD, and SUPPORT OUR PIRATES! 🖤💛

🏈 GAME SCHEDULE
⚔️ K/1 — 10:15 AM
⚔️ 2/3 — 1:00 PM
⚔️ 4/5 — 4:00 PM
⚔️ 6th — 7:00 PM

🎟️ Admission: $8 Adults | $5 Students
🚗 Parking: Park in designated spots only. NO parking on grass or in fire lanes. Keep emergency access clear.

🚫 Field Access: Only coaches, refs, chain crew, players & cheerleaders are allowed on the field. BADGES ARE REQUIRED.

⛺ Canopies & Umbrellas: Allowed at the top of the bleachers or in grassy areas. Please be respectful of others’ views.

🚨 IMPORTANT PRACTICE REMINDER — PLEASE READ 🚨

CYSA families, we need everyone’s help with keeping our practice areas clean.

PLEASE PICK UP ALL TRASH BEFORE LEAVING PRACTICE. 🗑️

These facilities are not our property, and we have a responsibility to respect the church that allows our Pirates to practice. We expect everyone to leave the area better than we found it.

Coaches, players, cheerleaders, and families — please take a few minutes before leaving to check your area and pick up ALL trash, bottles, cups, and other belongings.

This is a simple expectation that everyone needs to follow. Please do your part to represent CYSA with pride and respect. 💛🖤🏴‍☠️

Each parent is required to volunteer once per child in the organization. There are plenty of ways to get involved, including:

CYSA Families, just a reminder that ALL POPCORN FUNDRAISER ORDER FORMS AND MONEY ARE DUE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th

💰 Payment: Please turn in CASH OR ONE CHECK for the entire amount to your team mom.

🔔 Doing a buyout? You still MUST fill out and turn in a fundraiser form!

Please make sure everything is turned in by Tuesday so we can get all orders processed.
