💪 The difference between almost and nailed it?
Coaching, consistency, and confidence.
In this session, I'm helping my student fine-tune the fundamentals of a back tuck by focusing on proper technique, body position, and timing. Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference.
After breaking it down, I demonstrate the skill so they can see exactly what it should look and feel like.
Success isn't about trying harder.
It's about training smarter.
Keep trusting the process, stay coachable, and the results will follow 🔥

📚🤸♀️ Balancing School + Tumble Without Burning Out
Tumbling kids thrive when their routines support both learning and movement. The key is creating a rhythm that keeps them energized, focused, and excited for both school and training.
When kids learn to manage their time well, they build discipline, confidence, and healthy habits that last far beyond the gym.
With the right balance, kids stay motivated, strong, and happy in both worlds.
🤸♀️ Why Kids Need a Coach in Tumble
Tumble is a beautiful mix of strength, flexibility, balance, and discipline — but it also requires proper technique and safe progression. A coach gives children the guidance they need to learn skills correctly, avoid injuries, and build confidence step by step.
A great coach doesn’t just teach movements; they teach body awareness, focus, and mindset. Kids learn how to listen to their bodies, follow instructions, and develop discipline — all while having fun and staying motivated. With the right coach, every flip, stretch, and tumble becomes a safe and meaningful part of their growth.

🤸♀️ Straddle Fundamentals
Straddle is all about hip openness, strong leg engagement, and controlled flexibility. Kids learn how to lengthen their inner thighs, activate their core, and maintain proper alignment — all essential for safe and effective stretching.
Building this foundation helps improve balance, mobility, and confidence in more advanced gymnastics skills.
Every jump, tumble, and dance move helps children build coordination, balance, and confidence. Through play, they learn problem‑solving, teamwork, and body awareness — skills that strengthen both mind and muscle. 💪✨
At Fit & Flip, we believe movement is learning in motion — every flip is a step toward growth!
🌉 Bridge Walk Fundamentals for Kids
The bridge walk is a powerhouse skill — it builds shoulder strength, spine flexibility, and full‑body control. Before attempting the walk, kids should master a solid bridge: strong arms, open chest, and steady breathing. Once the foundation is set, they can start shifting weight from hand to hand, learning balance and confidence with every step.
✨ Tips to Nail This Move:
• Keep arms straight and strong to protect the shoulders
• Push through the legs to lift the hips high
• Take slow, controlled steps — no rushing
• Engage the core for stability
• Practice on a soft mat for safety and confidence
