In complete awe of what a woman’s body is capable of…
The fact that I was able to grow/nourish to later deliver a beautiful, healthy baby- I couldn’t be more in love with my body than I am now today. Such an empowering journey!

I finally got cleared to return back to exercise last week, so now it’s time to put in that work 💪🏾

Megan has taken the steps to live a more active lifestyle!
She began my customizable workout program tailored specifically to her fitness goals she hopes to achieve.
On my training app, she is able to sign in, have full access to me as her 1v1 trainer, and complete her home-based workouts with instructional how-to videos. She’s crushing it all the way in Ohio!

KILLER Quad circuit in 30 mins

**4 exercises, repeat 4 times, 60 sec rest in between each set**

1)Alternating medicine ball overhead lunge (12 each leg)
2)Side Lunge (12 each leg)
3) Kettlebell swing (12)
4)Reverse lunge w/ kick (12 each leg)

****UPDATE****

It’s been a while.....

Between the stress of buying a house in this crazy ass market, to dealing with terrible morning sickness my 1st trimester... I am BACK!!!!

From here on out I will continue sharing posts of my workouts, nutritional tips/meals. The only difference is that there’s a baby up in this b**** so a few of my exercises will be modified accordingly 😂

Going on 5 months of pregnancy, I am feeling MUCH more energized and ready to get my body moving consistently/focus on my nutrition. After the few months off I am able to lift the same weight pre-pregnancy, so I am looking forward to maintaining my strength throughout this journey.

Finished off quads today with squats on the Bosu ball. 4 sets x 12 reps

✨Not only is it effective for your legs, it also helps stabilize your core with every rep.

✨Challenge yourself and add this into your workout routine, it’s a lot harder than it looks 👏🏾
