Driver made the executive decision to head home and get ready for his favorite race of the year next weekend —John Seitz Memorial

Not how we wanted to end the season at Devils Lake, that’s for sure.

You had a great run!

Night one of the Labor Day shootout at devils lake speedway, in the books. Day 2 of 2 is here! We got the first heat win last night, let’s go get that feature.

We started the night with a 57 pill draw to start on the inside of the 2nd row in heat 3. And from the 2nd lap forward, we were G-O-N-E. Nearly a 4 second lead, we had the fastest lap by over 3 tenths of a second. We had a certified hot rod.

For the feature, we would start 4th place behind the B4 of Jory Berg, and after a couple laps of getting shuffled back to 8th, we fought back and made our way back to the top 5 for a 5th place finish.

A big and special thank you to everyone who’s helped me along the way in my racing career, even just the heat win is a big milestone for me.

my buddy, Blaine Barnes Racing had an incident last night, he had a little tumble, he’s okay, the car is just cosmetic damage from what we know. I’m glad Blaine is okay as he’s one of my great friends. The safety equipment did its job, so did the halo bars and all the other safety bars around him. Thanks to the devils lake speedway safety crew for making sure he was okay.

Blaine rolled his car, but thankfully, he’s okay—and so is the car. That’s all that matters. All the safety equipment did it’s job.

Mom was a track star, and Dad was on the track super fast.

Racing can be so unpredictable, but we’re just thankful everyone is safe.

Rain wins today 😕

Unfortunately, that wraps up the 2026 season points at River Cities Speedway. Not the way we wanted to finish, but it looks like a 4th-place finish for the year!
