Come check out our NEW class — BFIT Training with Mason — a great way to learn proper lifting techniques, machine basics, and build confidence in the gym.

Don’t miss Bombshell Bootcamp — a fun mix of toned abs, sculpted legs, and spicy Latin step vibes that will keep you moving and sweating!

Be sure to join our high-energy XFIT Bootcamps on Monday and Saturday! These full-body workouts combine strength, cardio, and endurance training for all fitness levels in a motivating group atmosphere.

All classes are FREE with membership, and guests are just $5.00 per class. Come try us out! 🙌🙌
