Due to all the construction going on in the lot next to Eglin FCU and them soon loosing some of their parking space, we were asked to let you know that they will continue to accommodate our gym members to utilize the EFCU parking located at the row of parking spaces closest to Industrial as overflow, but they will no longer allow us parking near the drive-thru area at the back of the building.
This applies to their business hours of 9am-5pm.

IF OUR PARKING LOT IS FULL DURING THOSE HOURS AND YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST USE THE EGLIN FCU PARKING AREA, PLEASE ONLY PARK IN THE DESIGNATED, ORANGE-MARKED SPACES SHOWN IN THE IMAGE BELOW.

Just a friendly reminder that the Bully Pit is intended to be a hotter training space, so it feels warmer than the rest of the gym and that’s by design!🔥

Because the room is affected by outdoor temperatures, you may notice it feels warmer or cooler depending on the weather. While we do our best to maintain a consistent temperature, some fluctuation is normal.

Our BIG A** fan is currently waiting on a part (that just shipped today!!) so we currently have additional fans circulating air throughout the room.

Ok….so…..
The next time someone shows up with a guest HOURS after our staffed hours have ended and brings a guest with the ASSUMPTION that one of us will still be here and that it’s no big deal, we’ll just take your day pass money and it’s all good.

I’m going to find out what you enjoy doing in your own down time, track you down there and ask you to do something for me that is related to your daily work. Ok??

Listen, the Temple was started because of the passion for working out that Asia and I have. That meansssss….. WE NEED OUR GYM TIME TOO!!! And a lot of times, us being here after staffed hours is not just to workout. It’s our time to get other things done for the Temple.

Not only have we had set staffed hours for many many MANY years, two years ago we also added an after hour phone that one of our amazing staff has on them at all times. Guess where you can find that number?? POSTED IN BIG ORANGE LETTERS ON THE FRONT DOOR!

This also includes every single of our amazing Temple Staff team members. One of the reason they all were hired is because of their dedication to their fitness and health. That is why you will see all of them in the Temple on their days/time off….they too are wanting to enjoy their time with the weights too.
