We may not have many signs around the gym, but the ones we do have are there for a reason! They help keep things safe, clean, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. So when you see one, take a second to read it and help us keep the gym running smoothly💪🏼

HUGE SHOUTOUT and CONGRATS to our member Josh Davis on winning Artist Of The Year and The Inaugural Honor And Harmony Award at the The Josie Music Awards !
Our members are talented in so many ways! Josh is also one of those keeping up with his fitness routine, so he can bring his best and winning energy and stamina to the music stage!

Tonight — the The Josie Music Awards at Grand Ole Opry.

Six nominations.

Entertainer of the Year.
Artist of the Year — Country Rock/Southern Rock/Outlaw.
Vocalist of the Year — Outlaw Country.
Songwriter’s Personal Portfolio of the Year.

And two songs:

🌅 “Chasing Sunsets” — Americana Song of the Year

🐾 “Wherever Good Dogs Go” — Social Impact Song of the Year

That's a hell of a sentence to get to write.

But every one of those nominations traces back to the same thing.

People listening.

People showing up.

People sharing songs.

People bringing somebody else to the next show.

One fan at a time.

Tonight we get dressed up, walk into the Grand Ole Opry and enjoy the hell out of this moment.

I start my mornings off at 4am at Temple Fitness of NWF (love this gym!!) with good people and the anchor to my insanity (my man) 😂

We are hosting our very first Trunk or Treat! Thursday, October 30 in our Temple Fitness Parking Lot!

What we’re looking for….

WANT TO PARTICIPATE AS A BUSINESS?
For a small donation of $20 per spot and all proceeds going directly to our Bully BFF program!

🚗 Local Businesses, organizations & local vendors are invited to decorate a vehicle, set up a table, pass out candy, treats, goodies, coupons, or promotional items — whatever helps you get your name out there!

What you’ll need:

• 🎪 Table or tent setup
• 🍭 Candy or goodies
• 📣 Business cards / flyers
