Excited to welcome two new members to the team Ron and Jose completed the intro class this morning and they’re ready to get started!

Joe has been consistent at the gym since we re-opened and it shows by how nicely he fit into his uniform yesterday at his promotion ceremony. Congratulations on this “Major” accomplishment...(😊couldn’t help it)

With every spot in today’s 5 PM class reserved we were short one rower...so we created a twist on a classic workout and created “Fight gone worse” with a calorie bike at the end of each round. If you’re thinking 🤬 that! Not me...we already have a volunteer. You’re all set Ben 😁

The gym is ready for class tonight. March 20th was the last day we were permitted to have classes...20 May we have the limited opportunity to get back to work. I am not a politician or a medical expert but I do know how to Coach🏋️ and clean 🧽
