Crofton Bootcamp, previously voted Best Bootcamp in "What's Up Annapolis" magazine is the place to go for group training with a personal touch! The training sessions are:

⭐️ Our very fist Women’s Only Weight Lifting 💪 & Fat Loss Program went so well the first quarter that we’ve decided to extend the program and there is now space for 3 more ladies to join us!! 🚺

⭐️ This program is PERFECT for ALL women( with special tracks for peri and post menopausal women and one for beginners!💫

⭐️ This small and limited group will meet Monday-Friday 5-545AM and will use our semi private studio inside Gold’s gym and some of the best equipment on the floor 💫

⭐️ The program consists of 3 days dedicated to weight lifting (done the right way!) and 2 days dedicated to mobility work and cardio (with a no impact option)💫

⭐️ Official start date is Monday, April 27th for the group, but each new participant will set up a 1:1 session with Master Trainer Kim Allafi (Certified Menopause Fitness Coach) for incoming assessment and orientation💫

⭐️Space is limited to only THREE new ladies. Cost is $75 to register, which includes the first 1:1 private session and then $75/weekly thereafter - which covers all 5 available days of training, exclusive access to our community app, daily accountability, and group nutritional guidance (more individual help available for nutrition) Participants are not required to attend all 5 sessions per week but are encouraged to come to as many every week as their schedule allows. If you are interested in the weight lifting only sessions without the mobility/cardio, that is allowed💫

⭐️The program will be ongoing, with an initial requirement of 12 weeks of participation to be accepted into the group💫

This year, Daylight Savungs Monday, as I like to call it, surprised me. Typically the day results in horrible attendance and a ton of call outs. NOT THIS YEAR!!! Bootcampers showed up, without complaint (that I paid any mind to anyway) and got it IN. Of course we celebrated the extra light and mild weather the only way we know how! I see some super Sundays coming soon 👀
