Some people say they’re “too old” to exercise at 45.
Today, I had the privilege of training my oldest client, Sue—85 years young.
Sue told me she doesn’t feel like she moves very much.
I reminded her that every movement counts. Her consistency is helping her stay capable, independent, and active with very few aches and pains.
Then she said something that stopped me:
“Motion is lotion.”
That hit hard.
You don’t need joint-wrecking workouts. But you do need to keep moving.
Because the body you stop using is the body you slowly lose.
Today, my 85-year-old client inspired her coach to keep moving, keep training, and never take this body for granted.
Motion is lotion.
Thank you, Sue. 💪❤️
