Gold's gym Crofton will be hosting a blood drive this coming Saturday morning October 11th.
The Blood Drive trailer will be parked outside in the parking lot and they take walk ins but people can also schedule appts here:

In Afrobeats Dance Fitness, dance, aerobic movements, and various styles of Afrobeats music are combined to create a fun and exhilarating dance party that doesn't feel like a workout. The class moves between high, medium and low intensity routines that are easy to follow and designed to get the heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. The hour will fly by as you groove to the music and get lost in the addictive rhythms.

It is with a heavy heart we announce the loss of our Gold's Gym family. Denise Johnson was a fiercely loved cycle instructor for many years. Her classes were packed with members who loved her energy encouragement and fun spirit. We send our condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed 😢
