Meditative Posture Flow is the signature class form of the Pranakriya lineage, a practice rooted in the teachings of Swami Kripalu and designed to draw the practitioner deeply inward.
Balancing strengthening and stretching, this class weaves pranayama, warm-ups, and kriyas into a flowing sequence of postures held with intention and depth. Long holding times, conscious breathing, and an unhurried pace create the conditions for genuine internal exploration.
This is a class where you listen to your breath, to your body, to what arises when you stop rushing through the postures and begin to truly inhabit them.
