Thank you Wild and Free for visiting us last Thursday! It was a great opportunity for the campers to learn about wildlife restoration and your organization. We were glad to see the release of two merlins as well and feel lucky you got to share that special moment with us!

Join us for a free presentation this Thursday at 1pm from Wild + Free!

We are also running a donation drive for them if you have any produce, wet dog and cat food, sunflower seeds, or bird seed you would like to see go to a great cause! Bring any donations to the presentation so they can take them with on their way back. Hope to see you there!

Recent changes: New SPIN class Thursday mornings! 5:30 - 6:15 (perfect for fitting in your workout before work)
Mark will be teaching Spin Mondays
Chris will be teaching forever fit on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Wednesday Spin.
