Thursday 9/17/26 at Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy :
The dojo will be open at 5:00 PM for early practice before class.
5:30 PM: All Levels Kids Karate Class with Master Tim Sherrill, Master Marty Robbins, Senseis Jason Ayers, Gary Howard, and John Van Winkle. Tonight’s class will be a quick warm up with break falls , then kicking, katas, and kumite (sparring).
6:40 PM: Adult Karate Class with Master Eric Bradberry, Master Ben Gibson, Senseis John Vanwinkle and Trent Palmer. Tonight’s class will include both karate and Kobudo training so don’t miss it.

Tuesday 9/15/26 Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy :
The dojo will be open at 5:00 PM for anyone wanting to practice before class.
5:30 PM: Beginner Kids Karate Class with Master Tim Sherrill, Senseis Gary Howard, Jason Ayers, John Van Winkle, and Tori Bradberry. Tonight’s class will be basic punching, basic kicking, basic fighting stances and some yellow belt level self defense skills.
6:40 PM: Adult Karate Class with the always amazing Master Ben Gibson (the Isshinryu Hall Of Fame Instructor of the Year 2026) and Sensei Trent Palmer. Tonight’s class will begin with kata to
warm up, self defense techniques from
katas, then light free sparring techniques from katas! This will be a great class! Don’t miss it!

This class is for anyone 15 years and older. No experience needed. Get in shape and learn to fight and defend yourself!

Thursday 9/10/26 at Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy :
The dojo will be open at 5:00 PM for anyone wanting to practice before class.
5:30 PM: All Levels Kids Karate Class with Master Tim Sherrill, Master Marty Robbins, Senseis Gary Howard, Jason Ayers, John Van Winkle, and Tori Bradberry. Tonight’s class will continue to work on breakfalls along with basic and advanced kicks. We will also practice kata and Kumite tonight. These classes are important, especially for the advanced students but great for the beginners as well.
6:40 PM: Adult Karate Class with Master Eric Bradberry, Master Ben Gibson, and Sensei John Vanwinkle.
Tonight’s class will include Kobudo (traditional weapons) and traditional karate practice. Don’t miss it!
