BIG Shout Out tonight to The Coach Nick Tomich who lead the World's Okayest Runners . As race day approaches, Nick helps with setting up both the course and the event space the night before. He keeps things on schedule, makes suggestions to improve the runners experience, all while gently teasing me about my type-A tendencies.

On race, day, he & his lovely wife Jessica jump into help with registration. Here again, he helps to make sure things are all in place for race day. During the race, he assists where needed and then sweeps the course afterwards. We are very BLESSED to have Nick & so many great volunteers. Please follow his pages, join his running group and keep an eye out for his next event, the World's Slowest Marathon.

Thank you to our amazing staff, volunteers, runners, walkers, families, and the entire Crown Point community for making another Fly the Flag 2K/5K such a great event!

It was incredible to see everyone come together to celebrate the 4th of July, push toward personal goals, and take a moment to appreciate the freedoms and opportunities we are blessed with in this great country — and the people who have made them possible.

We’re so grateful for the energy, support, and community spirit that made this day special.

Sunday Roll Call! Did you run, walk or workout today! David & I rucked 5 miles this morning. It was very relaxing & it gave us a nice chance to catch up after the holiday. Hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July.
