Great way to end the week with 2 closings! First , congrats to Ray and Claire on the purchase of their first home. First time buyer closings are always fun! Second was a cash out refinance for a father and son. They own a home right on Cedar Lake and are doing some really cool home improvements. Looking forward to see the pictures!

Congrats to Zach on closing on his new home in Hobart earlier today. Busy day as he sold one home and closed on another. He gets more room on a quiet street!
