🥳🏆 Registration is now open for the Fall I Session of our Discovery Youth Sports Leagues (DYSL)! Our DYSL programs are designed to help young athletes build skills, stay active, and have fun in a supportive team environment. This fall we are offering Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Flag Football, and T-Ball, with divisions available for ages 4U, 6U, and 8U. The league season runs from August 8-September 12.

The YMCA will be OPEN Saturday, July 4 from 6:30am-4:00pm.

As part of our annual schedule to support training and development for our program leaders, we have a Program Pause for Leadership Development from 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟵-𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟱.

• No monthly classes will be held from June 29-July 5.
• The last day for your June programs will be Sunday, June 28.
• July classes will begin Monday, July 6.
• Pause does not include Group Exercise, Small Group Training, or Sports Leagues.

🤸‍♀️🎉 Join us on Tuesday, June 30, from 4-5:30pm for an exciting afternoon of movement, fun, and exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to try a variety of activities, including high-energy Ninja courses, dynamic Gymnastics stations, spirited Cheer routines, and creative Dance classes. This is a great chance to meet our amazing instructors, experience our programs firsthand, and see why families love being part of our YMCA community!

Whether your child is looking for friendly competition, new skills, or just a fun way to stay active this summer, our Volleyball Recreational Youth Sports Leagues at the YMCA Sportscenter at Crown Point is the perfect place to play, learn, and grow! Athletes will build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy a safe, upbeat, and family-friendly environment all season long! Our Summer Recreational Youth Sports League runs July 12–September 5. Meet Chevis! Chevis has been a valued member of the Southlake YMCA family for many years, and we are grateful to have him as part of our community.When asked what he loves most about the Y, Chevis says it feels "just like a resort" because of the many amenities and programs available. From our state-of-the-art fitness equipment to our friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff, he appreciates everything the Southlake YMCA has to offer.

Chevis especially enjoys the family atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home, and one of his favorite ways to relax is spending time in the sauna. As he heads off on vacation, you can bet he'll be proudly sporting his favorite YMCA hat wherever his travels take him! 🤩

Show your patriotic spirit and join us for our Patriotic Senior Bingo & Potluck on, Friday, July 17 from 11:30am-1:00pm! Stars, stripes, bingo, and bites — what could be better? Enjoy an afternoon of fun bingo games, great prizes, delicious homemade dishes, lots of laughs, and wonderful fellowship as we celebrate together red, white, and blue style! Lunch entree and prizes are provided. Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share or a fun bingo prize!We will meet in the Healthy Living Center. Questions?
